A main part of the RBV Birkmann's cutter for biscuits and many baking pans are made by hand in our integrative workshop near the Lake Constance. Here people with and without disability are working together under a professionally leadership.
A project that has coughed on and offers advantages for all: The employees have a meaningful occupation and are part of an active community. People with physical and mental disabilities are integrated into the production at machines which are modern and suitable for the disabled.
Not the rationalised processes but the people and the product are the center of attention in the production: that creates space for details of quality that, looking at it from the economic aspect, often are not possible in the usual production of cookie cutters. And this dedication to quality, also in detail, you can see in each and every cutter from our production. Design and quality: made in Germany!
